Question 1: How do I download the Centers In A Bag file I purchased when I receive it in my email? 
Log on to "My Account" and go to "History." Your centers are available after payment is made to Paypal. back to top

Question 2: How do I open a unit after I download it? 
After you have saved a center to your computer, you will see that it is a .zip file. This file must be "unzipped" before you open any activity within the file. Although most newer computers come with an unzipping utility, you may need to download an unzipping program if you do not already have one. You can download a free trial of Winzip by following this link. back to top

Question 3: How do I view an activity after I download it?
Most of my activities are in PDF format. If you do not have a program to view a PDF, you will need to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. In order to view a PowerPoint slide show, you will need to download the free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer. back to top

Question 4: What do I do if I find a "typo" in a file I purchased from Centers In A Bag? 
Centers In A Bag makes every effort to ensure that our files are free from errors such as typos! If you do happen to find an error in one of our files, please send me an email with the file name and a description of the error. I will promptly correct the error and resend the file to you. back to top

Question 5: Do I need a PayPal account to make purchases?
At this time, you need to have a PayPal account in order to make purchases from Centers In A Bag.

Question 6: What do I do if I prefer not to pay by credit card?
If you prefer not to use PayPal, you may also print out the order form and mail it to me with a check or money order. As soon as funds have cleared, I will send you your order. back to top

I will be glad to customize one of our existing activities to suit your needs. All you will need to do is provide me with the skill and grade level you would like a center created for. I will then be able to create the learning center of your choice!  back to top

Question 8: When I email Centers In A Bag, when can I expect a response?
When you email Centers In A Bag, I do my best to answers all emails within 24 hours, but ask that you allow up to 48 hours for me to respond. back to top

Question 9: What exactly comes with my center?
Most centers come with three components: a center sign with directions, manipulatives, and a corresponding worksheet. Centers are only available through download. I no longer mail via the post office. back to top

Question 11: Can I get activities in Microsoft Word format instead of PDF? 
I can only offer files as a PDF. Files sent in Microsoft Word quite often lose them formatting and fonts, and your activity would not appear as it was designed. back to top

Question 12: Will I receive a receipt for my purchase(s)?
Yes. PayPal gives you an option to view a printable receipt after purchase. PayPal will also send you a receipt via email that you can print for your records. back to top

Question 13: Will I be able to customize a PDF fillable form? 
While PDF fillable forms allow you to add text to certain areas, you will not be able to change the formatting, layout, font style or size of the text. back to top

Yes! You may reproduce any activity you purchase from Centers In A Bag for your classroom only use as long as the Terms and Conditions listed below are followed. back to top

Question 15: What are your Terms and Conditions? 
By purchasing a center, you agree that your purchase entitles you to use your purchased center for non-commercial, non-profit classroom use. You may only use the center in one classroom. You may not copy, resell or distribute the center to anyone else. To do so would be a violation of federal and state copyright law.
